Culture Economy helps organizations understand how their people really show up at work. We designed and built the multi-tenant software that powers the methodology, from custom assessments to the personalized Radical Profile each participant keeps.
Culture Economy, led by Brennan Burns in Noblesville, helps organizations understand how their people actually show up at work. Brennan's methodology, Radical Appreciation, turns something most companies treat as fuzzy into a structured, repeatable process. Participants work through a series of assessments, discover their own most authentic self, and learn to recognize and celebrate that in the people they work with. The whole approach is built on a simple idea: come as you are.
To bring that methodology to more organizations, Brennan needed software to run it end to end: a place to onboard organizations, guide participants through the assessments, and turn the results into something people could actually keep and use. No off-the-shelf tool fit the process, so he partnered with us to build it.
We designed and built the multi-tenant platform that runs Radical Appreciation, from onboarding an organization to generating each participant's Radical Profile.
Custom assessments with conditional logic, so questions adapt to earlier answers. Brennan's team builds and edits them without a developer.
Each participant's answers generate a personalized, collectible profile: a playing-card-style snapshot people keep, share, and use to understand their coworkers. Exportable as a clean PDF report.
Built multi-tenant from day one: each organization's people and data stay separate, while Brennan's team runs them all from one place, and the practice can grow without a rebuild.
Built-in content management lets Brennan's team update assessments, activities, and program content on their own, no ongoing development required.
We designed and built the platform in phases across 2025 and 2026, from the core application to the survey engine to the Radical Profile reports, and launched it to production in 2026. It is built, tested, and ready for Brennan to take Radical Appreciation to the organizations he works with.
Almost everything we ship runs on the same modern Microsoft stack: proven, supported, and easy to hire for years from now. Cutting edge but never bleeding edge.
Each Radical Profile renders through a dedicated HTML-to-PDF engine, so the report prints clean every time. Hosted in Azure.
Radical Appreciation is multi-tenant from the ground up: it runs many organizations at once, each with its own people and data kept separate, all administered from one place. Brennan's team manages the assessments and content themselves, and the platform is ready to scale as the practice does.
Tell us the challenge in plain language. We scope the work on complexity, commit to the figure in the room, and stay for the years after launch.
