This has been a big quarter for NPCA, as they officially launched their new software platform, Phoenix! The term “Association Management System” doesn’t come close to capturing the true capacity and capabilities that Phoenix has to offer.
This system combines every department’s need into one connected platform. We had multiple working sessions with each department so we could tailor the software to their operational workflows.
