The Counterpart Process

  Discovery & Alignment

  You’ll start by working closely with Drew and Arianna, who guide the earliest conversations. They will unpack your goals, listen to what truly matters, and ensure everyone is aligned before any decisions are made.

  Scoping & Planning

  Jason, Drew and Arianna partner with you to define scope and priorities together. They help translate ideas into realistic timelines, budgets, and milestones, so there’s clarity about what comes first and why.

  Design & Prototyping

  You’ll then work closely with Loren, Jade, Sophie, and/or Jasmine, our design team. They turn concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes, allowing you to see the experience come to life and provide feedback early, before development begins.

  Development

  From there, our Development Team leads the build, working in small, iterative releases so you can see tangible processes along the way.

  Quality Assurance & User Testing

  You’ll work with Kim, JT, and/or Tyler as they rigorously test and refine the product. Their focus is reliability, usability, and making sure the software performs exactly as expected before launch.
