We’re building a new IHSAA association management system to replace the legacy portal and improve usability.

We’re excited to announce a new partnership with the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA)! In July we kicked off a project to develop a comprehensive association management system (AMS) to replace the organization’s legacy system.

IHSAA’s legacy system has been in place for 10+ years and serves approximately 15,000 users across the state, ranging from athletic directors to coaches to officials. Some of the items managed by the current AMS include:

A Forward-Looking Solution

Like many legacy systems, the current portal has, in its later years, subsisted on plenty of manual management and support patchwork from the IHSAA IT team. But with the rapid rate of changing technology—and with more than 160,000 students competing in IHSAA-sanctioned tournaments this year—it’s more critical than ever to deploy a more efficient tool that will continue to scale along with its athletic programs and user base.

Powered by the newly released .NET Core 2.0, IHSAA’s custom AMS will feature numerous system integrations, creating a cohesive, intuitive, and mobile-responsive hub to meet the needs of its staff and members.

The team will eagerly share our progress on our way to an early 2018 launch!
