We are celebrating a successful #GivingTuesday as two of our partners, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana (BBBSCI) and Riley Children’s Foundation, collectively raised over $150,000 (not including match gifts) using our fundraising platform, AppToGive.
Riley Children’s Foundation raised $74,700 with 435 individual donors, with each donation being matched dollar-for-dollar by French Lick Resort for a total of $149,400. BBBSCI raised over $78,965 from 671 individual donors and an additional $65,000 in matching gifts, totaling almost $144,000. (Read about the impact these donations have already made here.)
Both organizations featured local celebrities chatting with local users in real time while using the live chat feature of AppToGive. These celebrities included IndyCar driver John Andretti, Radio host Dave Smiley, Indianapolis Colts Mascot “Blue”, and many more!
