Every quarter, the Counterpart Team gets together to vote and choose the upcoming quarter’s Counterpart Culture purchase, one of Counterpart’s perkanalities. This can range anywhere from a trip to Chicago, an Indians game, an office pool table, or video game stations. This past quarter, the staff voted to choose a full-size glass-front drink refrigerator and repurpose a mostly unused storage closet into a self-serve drink station.
With this year’s unusually warm Spring, lots of outdoor activities have been thrown around. A couple of months ago (during the cold Winter), we had a growing interest in getting a new treadmill workstation or two for the office.
