Our teammate Rebecca comes to Counterpart with a wealth of experience in and a passion for customer service and helping others. A Fishers native and lover of learning, Rebecca’s approach to life is deeply rooted in her faith. She enjoys genealogy research and is heavily involved with missionary fundraising and humanitarian aid through her church. Welcome, Rebecca!

What brought you to Counterpart?
I’ve wanted to get more experience in business through a job like an administrative assistant for a while to pair with my current field of study, business management. Everyone has been very welcoming and fun to work with. I’ve enjoyed growing into the position and team!
What are some of your goals in this role?
I hope to help where I can, make everyone’s work life easier and enjoyable, and gain more knowledge of various aspects of HR and business operations.
What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Banana, eggs, waffle, and water.
What are you most proud of?
My relationship with Jesus Christ and my family.
What did you want to be when you were a kid?
Do you have any hidden talents?
I can tap dance and write poems.

Water! I always have a water bottle on me!
