Welcome to Connector’s Chronicles, our roundup of the events, conversations, and community moments that keep us inspired and connected. Whether we are sponsoring local innovation, celebrating impact, or supporting meaningful causes, this series highlights where we’ve been and why it matters. Through corporate community engagement and authentic partnership, we’re finding new ways to build better together—one connection at a time.

The NCAA Men’s Final Four 2026 Tip-Off

Hosted by IBJ, the NCAA Men’s Final Four 2026 Tip Off set the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable return to Indianapolis. The evening featured remarks from NCAA leaders Charlie Baker, JoAn Scott, and Dan Gavitt, followed by a panel moderated by Gerry Dick with Leonard Hoops (Visit Indy), Patrick Talty (Indiana Sports Corp), and Any Mallon (Capital Improvement Board). Together, they reflected on the success of 2021 and shared what’s ahead as the Final Four comes back to the Circle City. With the season underway, excitement is already building for the national spotlight that Indy will once again command.

InerG Impact

Powered by P30 Indy, InerG Impact is more than a coworking space; it’s a premium events venue and community hub built to spark change and inspire a better future for Anderson, IN. The celebration of their first year highlighted just how much impact is already being made, with awardees recognized for their contributions. It’s exciting to see the foundation they’ve built and the momentum carrying them forward.

Per Scholas Graduation

Per Scholas Indianapolis celebrated the graduation of its 8th Cohort, a milestone for both learners and the growing local tech ecosystem. The program is more than training; it’s a pathway to economic mobility.

Thanks to strong corporate and philanthropic partnerships, 100% tuition-free boot camps allow learners to gain in-demand tech skills, industry certifications, and career coaching at no cost. Beyond training, Per Scholas connects graduates directly to employers, ensuring that new skills translate to thriving careers.

Events like this highlight the power of education, equity, and opportunity in shaping Indianapolis’ tech future.

APAPA Key Leadership Program Graduation

“Unlike a drop of water, which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man’s life is independent. He is born not for the development of society alone, but for the development of his self.” – B.R. Ambedkar

As someone born of multiple cultures, I’ve often been asked which I feel most connected to. For a long time, it felt like I had to choose which parts of myself to show, but through the Multicultural Center at IUPUI (thank you, Amanda Bonilla), I learned that all the pieces of my identity are equal and worth celebrating.

That understanding shaped how I show up today with authenticity, confidence, and consistency. My Filipino and Asian heritage is something I hold close, and it’s been an honor to help build a space for young AAPI professionals to explore cultural identity, leadership, and civic engagement together.

Thank you, Ephraim, for the vision, to APAPA and its board for the support, and to our inaugural cohort for your vulnerability and growth. I can’t wait to see what the next group will build from the foundation we’ve started.
